Damned Soles is a foot fetish themed visual novel in a fantasy setting. The player assumes the role of Tina who is stuck in the "Hell of Unconventional Tortures" where she has to inhale the stench of sweaty feet while her own feet are tickled without pause. When she suddenly finds herself freed of her constraints, she has to find out what's going on in this place and, hopefully, escape.
Almost every scene of the game ends in a choice for the player, which influences the direction the story goes in. The game features different endings based on the choices made by the player.
