Characteristics:
The area Cloux is located just on top of the Chapitre on clay-limestone soils more and more clear as you rise on the slope. As for the Mont Palais, the wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels during 18 months. Then the wine is bottled after a light filtration. This fine and fruity wine also shows mineral notes and a great structure on the mouth.
To serve at 12° with Comté or goat cheese.
