This Holy Knight Digimon first appeared in the TV anime Digimon Tamers. This form is a Matrix Digivolution between protagonist Takato Matsuki and his partner?Guilmon, joining them in mind, body and spirit. 公爵兽 It would later fuse with Zero ARMS: Grani, joining the fight as?Gallantmon: Crimson Mode.
Designed after an orthodox knight, Gallantmon has been a sensational addition to Digimon content ever since it was revealed to be a member of?the Royal Knights.
From there, it grew into another beloved member of the Royal Knights, alongside?Omegamon.
In the movie Digital Monster X-Evolution, it enforces the laws of the Digital World at King Drasil’s command. But it comes to doubt its 
master’s judgment, defecting to the side of the resistance 公爵兽 forces. In Digimon Data Squad, it starts out by countering the protagonist Marcus Damon and his friends before deciding to aid their efforts by fighting to protect the peace of the human and Digital Worlds. Many of Gallantmon’s appearances depict it as one of the more neutral members of the 公爵兽 Royal Knights.
