活动介绍
由清华大学苏州汽车研究院和美国INTERTEK公司联合主办的“机动车排放控制与润滑油技术国际研讨会”，将于2018年11月29-30日在海南省三亚市举行。本次研讨会旨在搭建行业顶尖的技术交流平台。
We are pleased to invite you to the “International Symposium on Motor Vehicle and Lubricating Oil Technology”, scheduled fromNov.29th to Nov.30th, 2018 in Sanya, Hainan. The forum is hosted by Tsinghua University Suzhou Automotive Research Institute and INTERTEK, aiming to build the top technology exchange platform of automotive and oil industry.
论坛将围绕以下四个内容展开：
·法规与行业动态；
·车用动力未来发展趋势，新动力系统和新概念燃烧系统；
·新型动力及满足未来排放法规的高经济性/长换油里程润滑油技术。
The main contents of the forum are as follows:
·Regulations and industry trends.
·Trends in developing automotive powertrain, new power system and the new concept of combustion system.
·Development of improved fuel efficiency and long drain interval lubricants and its influence on technical innovation power systemand emission regulations.
届时将邀请来自整车和发动机制造商、润滑油和添加剂公司、后处理系统和零部件供应商、高校和科研院所在内的国内外权威专家围绕“汽车&发动机新技术及对润滑油的新需求”这一主题，从不同角度深入剖析法规与行业动态，分享新型动力及排放控制技术成果，探讨润滑油开发过程中的技术难点。邀请包括中国科学院生态环境研究中心、CUMMINS、潍柴、一汽、江淮、长安、中石油、中石化、INTERTEK、LUBRIZOL、INFINEUM、CHEVRON、AFTON、SHELL、汉地润滑油、TOTAL、中国汽车技术研究中心、清华大学、上海交通大学等企事业单位专家，作为主讲嘉宾奉献精彩演讲，与现场参会嘉宾集聚智慧，探索创新，共同促进机动车排放控制及润滑油技术的未来发展。
We will invite domestic and foreign renowned experts from automotive and engine manufacturers, lubrication oil and additives companies, after-treatment systems and automotive parts suppliers, universities and research institutes. The discussion will center round the topic “Emerging powertrain technologies and new demand for lubrication oil”. The guest speakers will deeply analyze new regulations and industry trends, share the latest achievements in powertrain technology and emission control technology and discuss some technical difficulties which may arise in the process of lubrication oil development.

活动背景
由中国内燃机学会发起，联合中国汽车工程学会、石化标委会，以及行业内添加剂、润滑油和发动机OEM等，发挥各自优势，共同投入资源，成立发动机润滑油中国标准开发创新联盟（以下简称“联盟”），同时开展研究建立发动机润滑油中国标准体系。清华大学苏州汽车研究院（简称“研究院”）是联盟指定标准开发的四大实验室之一，并引进美国INTERTEK技术，为“联盟”开展研究建立发动机润滑油中国标准体系贡献一份力量。在此背景下，此次活动是进一步促进行业间合作，共同研讨先进动力、排放控制及润滑油技术发展趋势而提供的一个交流和学习平台。
Chinese Lubricant Standards Alliance Committee(CLSAC)was established by Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines in cooperation with the Society
of Automotive Engineers of China, Committee on Petroleum Products and Lubricants as well as the industry’s additives, lubricants and engine OEM, etc. Combined advantages and resources of each member of the Alliance contributed to the establishment of the CLSAC, which aims to create the China standard system for engine lubricants.
Suzhou Automotive Research Institute is one of the four laboratories of the Alliance. It also introduces technologies of Intertek Automotive Research, which contributes to the research work of the Alliance and the establishment of the Chinese standard system for engine lubricants. Under this background, this event provides an exchange and learning platform to further promote inter-industry cooperation, jointly discuss modern power, emission control and lubricating oil technology trends.

收费标准及缴费方式
1、收费标准：
3200元/人（不含食宿），于2018年11月20日前报名并付款者可以享受9折优惠，高校学生凭学生证享受6折优惠，同一公司报名三名以上（含三名）可享受8.5折优惠。
2、缴费方式：
银行转账付款，请认真填写回执中的发票信息及发票接收地址，会务工作由苏州普瑞发节能环保科技有限公司承办，并为参会嘉宾出具正式发票，发票将在收费后开具并按回执填写地址寄出，或于报到时本人领取。
III. Rates and payment method
1. Rates:
￥3200/person (excluding accommodation). The guests who registered and paid before November 20, 2018 can enjoy a 10% discount. College students are provided with a 40% discount (please be ready to provide you student ID card). Three guests or above from the same company can enjoy a 15% discount.
2. Payment method:
Bank transfer. Please fill in the invoice information and the delivery address carefully. Suzhou Purify Energy Conservation and Environment Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the organization of the Forum and the issue of official invoices to the participants. Invoices will be issued after the receipt of payment and sent out to the address indicated in the Attendee Information Sheet. Participants can also collect the invoices during the check-in for the Forum.

2、三亚火车站（15 km 到21 km）：a.直接打车（约23分钟）；b.公交车：坐32路公交车，在美丽新海岸站换乘，坐57路/52路/26路/25路/57路公交车，然后步行449米。

1.Sanya Phoenix International Airport (approx. 5 km)：take a taxi (approx. 10 min.).
2.Sanya Railway Station（15 km to 21 km）: a. Take a taxi (approx. 23 min.);
